We founded Experience Willow, or Willow for short, with a distinct vision and purpose: harness the power of shared stories + experiences to cultivate meaningful change. As we've grown organically, six actions have come to define our own company story and culture, not to mention the award-winning experiences we create.

You know that kid who never stopped asking why? That was Kevin. And asking why—finding out why something works and how to make it better—still drives him to this day. His contagious curiosity can be found at the heart of the experiences he designs for the world’s most progressive brands—from Disney and HBO to Heineken and Coca-Cola. It was also a major force behind TVP, the New York City culture boutique he helped build that AdAge placed on its Agency A-List for four years running.

Kevin founded Experience Willow in 2012 with a clear purpose to help others harness the power of their shared stories and experiences to cultivate change. His award-winning firm now partners with blue-chip clients the likes of Cox Enterprises, Cardtronics, FOX International, HBO Cinemax Jackson Healthcare, Manhattan Associates and US National Parks. For a five-year consulting assignment with global tech leader NCR, Kevin was named a 2017 HR Executive Rising Star for helping propel a company reinvention. He led culture and employer branding strategies and participated in thoughtful designs and redesigns of recruitment, onboarding, talent management, leadership development, learning and workplace experiences.

Kevin has been a featured speaker and facilitator for many high-profile events organized by Adweek, AHAA, Billboard Live, International Events Group (IEG), Integrated Marketing Association (PMA), Advanced Learning Institute, The Conference Board, Human Capital Media, IQPC Exchange, Onboarding 2025, Talent Management Alliance and numerous colleges and universities. Also a writer, Kevin’s feature, The Experience Engine, in Talent Economy has been one of Human Capital Media’s most read and shared articles.

On a personal discovery journey a number of years ago, Rob was tasked with finding one word that encompassed everything he valued. As he recounted the story of his life, considered what was important to him and reflected on individual experiences, one word quickly became a recurring theme: joy. 

 

It’s the joy he finds in feeling like a kid again, in fulfilling a sense of adventure, in making a difference in peoples’ lives, and in helping others become the best versions of themselves that has defined Rob’s professional career. Whether planning and executing experiential events for corporate clients, leading the fundraising event efforts of a not-for-profit organization, or participating in the design and facilitation of leadership development initiatives, joy has become manifest for Rob in myriad ways. And the brands that have been part of his journey to-date include Cedar Point Amusement Park, FCB Worldwide, Jeep, Chrysler, Kawasaki, Coleman, Avon and PwC.

 

Being part of the Willow team is yet another opportunity for Rob to use the skills and expertise he’s garnered throughout his career to bring joy to life—both for himself and for others. And the fact that he can do so through outlets he has a passion for—creativity, production and technology—makes every day at Willow all the better.

 

Also of note, Rob is a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner.

ROB STALDER

Early in her career as a banker, Jane discovered her passion for helping businesses achieve financial peace of mind.  She shared in the creation of Experience Willow in 2012 and has been laying the strong financial foundation for the company’s success ever since.

Jane earned a BA degree from Vanderbilt University and completed post-graduate MBA studies in accounting, finance and management from Georgia State University.  She spent 20 years in banking and bank consulting before realizing her passion as a business financial advisor.  Jane has provided strategic financial guidance for banks, creative consultancies, advertising agencies, public relations firms, and start-up ventures. 

Having worked in the corporate arena, Jane shares Willow’s vision of cultivating organizational change through shared experiences.  She is committed to helping Willow realize its mission by delivering superior client stewardship, identifying financial opportunities, maintaining strict financial standards, and eliminating barriers to success.

JANE CALLAWAY

A palm tree and beach-loving Miami native born of Cuban parents, Telsys lives for the fun and excitement of creating compelling and seamlessly executed marketing campaigns and experiential events.

 

Telsys has managed promotional and experiential marketing programs and events for some of the world’s largest and most recognizable brands such as M&M/Mars, Coca-Cola, Sprite, Bacardi, lululemon, Athleta, HBO/Cinemax, FOX Networks and NCR. 

She has an uncanny ability to creatively conceptualize and execute highly engaging marketing and experiential events that fit clients’ budgets and support their business goals, as well as her attention to detail, her commitment to superior client service, and her eagerness to roll up her sleeves and go the extra mile to get the job done. At Willow, she leads experiential strategic design thinking for events and ultimately delivers on that strategy through storytelling and immersive brand environments for Willow’s clients. 

Telsys is well known for her upbeat, positive attitude and her tireless “wonder woman has nothing on me” spirit. If she’s not at the office, more than not can be found practicing yoga, running, stand-up paddle boarding or off training countless hours for her passion, Ironman triathlons.
