On a personal discovery journey a number of years ago, Rob was tasked with finding one word that encompassed everything he valued. As he recounted the story of his life, considered what was important to him and reflected on individual experiences, one word quickly became a recurring theme: joy. 


It’s the joy he finds in feeling like a kid again, in fulfilling a sense of adventure, in making a difference in peoples’ lives, and in helping others become the best versions of themselves that has defined Rob’s professional career. Whether planning and executing experiential events for corporate clients, leading the fundraising event efforts of a not-for-profit organization, or participating in the design and facilitation of leadership development initiatives, joy has become manifest for Rob in myriad ways. And the brands that have been part of his journey to-date include Cedar Point Amusement Park, FCB Worldwide, Jeep, Chrysler, Kawasaki, Coleman, Avon and PwC.


Being part of the Willow team is yet another opportunity for Rob to use the skills and expertise he’s garnered throughout his career to bring joy to life—both for himself and for others. And the fact that he can do so through outlets he has a passion for—creativity, production and technology—makes every day at Willow all the better.
